Work
Real problems. Working solutions.
Roughly twenty applications running today across seven businesses, plus two products of our own. Every one of them replaced something rented, and every one is used by real people every day. Here is a representative sample.
How we work →01 · Spitfire Elite
Blaze
An AI mock-interview platform for pilots. Claude runs the interview in the voice of a specific airline, Whisper hears the answer, every response is scored against the STAR method, and the candidate leaves with a transcript and a trend line.

The problem
Pilots preparing for airline interviews had generic practice tools that couldn’t sound like the airline in the room, couldn’t see them, and couldn’t grow with the program.
What we built
The interviewer speaks as the airline, hears the candidate, scores every answer against STAR, and keeps the history. Admins manage scenarios by airline; the analytics show each candidate’s trend and the cohort’s.
What we solved
Ahead of the industry tools
Video avatars, real-time eye tracking and feedback, and a platform Spitfire keeps extending with new features on its own terms.
02 · Cage Marshall Consulting
Cage Ops
A consulting firm was on the premium tier of an industry-giant CRM and using about fifteen percent of it. Cage Ops is that fifteen percent, rebuilt around how the team actually works, then improved with what the big CRM never offered.

- 98% less
The problem
The other eighty-five percent was overhead, and the fifteen still didn’t fit how the team actually worked.
What we built
Client records with full history, team mentions inside the file, Shopify-triggered follow-ups, hosted questionnaires, a magic-link client portal, and workflows shaped to theirs instead of the other way round. The CRM subscription was switched off.
What we solved
98% less overhead, more output
Hosting and storage now run a few dollars a month, with hours back every week and more getting done because every screen was built for exactly how the team works.
03 · Andrea Bertoli · Sapient Therapy & Coaching
The Pleasure Collective
Four applications built as one: a course platform with membership tiers, a private library of video, audio and worksheets, a members-only community, and an attachment-style assessment that feeds new clients into the therapy side.

The problem
One practice run across a stack of rented tools: courses in one place, a media library in another, a community somewhere else, and client intake that talked to none of them. Every system was an island, and the practice carried data between them.
What we built
One login, one brand, one set of data. The CMS runs the library and the shop, the community runs on the same members, and the assessment writes to the same record.
What we solved
Four apps, one practice
Every system talks to every other one. A member’s progress, purchases and assessment results live in a single record, and nothing gets typed in twice.
04 · A THINQ product
LOCKIN
The academic operating system for the ADHD brain. Paste a syllabus and the whole semester becomes three next moves a day, a risk warning before crisis mode, and AI recovery without shame.

The problem
Too many things at once. A semester of deadlines, readings and invisible prep piles up until it’s impossible to know where to start, and for an ADHD brain that overwhelm turns into paralysis.
What we built
A command centre that reads the syllabus, plans the semester, and hands back one thing to do next. On the phone, the same three moves, wherever the day happens.
05 · Spitfire Elite · on THINQ Site
spitfireelite.com
The marketing site for a company that sells its expertise online: seventeen bespoke sections, events with registration and ticketing, and a blog, all running on THINQ Site. The backend is the same one this site is edited in: a page builder, a form builder, media, and an admin API Claude can drive.

The problem
A WordPress site with a plugin stack to patch, a theme nobody wanted to touch, and every content change waiting on a developer.
What we built
Seventeen sections designed for the brand, events with registration and ticketing built in, a blog, and an admin that lets the team change anything by asking Claude. No database, no plugins, nothing to patch.
What we solved
Nothing to patch. Edited by conversation.
The site stopped being the weakest thing the company owned, and it now sits inside the same family of systems as the rest of the business.
Few clients. Long relationships.
We keep the circle small so every client gets the attention the work deserves, and we tend to stay for years. The businesses we work with value us the way we value them.
If any of this sounds like yours, tell us about it: a stack of subscriptions that don’t talk to each other, a spreadsheet somebody’s afraid to touch, a process that takes three people and a day, a website that’s slow or keeps getting hacked, a team doing work that software should be doing for them.
Let us hear about it. We’d love to help.
