Before anything gets built, we sit with the people who do the work and map what the business actually runs on: every vendor, every subscription, every workaround, every hour lost to entering the same thing twice.
Most companies have never seen that picture in one place. It usually shows a handful of leaks doing most of the damage, and that’s where we start.

We build the systems that replace what’s leaking, migrate what’s worth keeping, and get the tools you keep talking to each other. The AI goes where it helps a person most: drafting, sorting, scoring, reminding, never deciding for them.
Everything is built on publicly available or licensable foundations, so what we build is yours.

We can keep maintaining and running what we built together for as long as it’s useful. Or we hand it over: the code, the data, the keys, and the notes to run it without us.
Either way, nothing is locked away and nothing is rented.

What we believe
AI is the reason bespoke solutions now cost less than rented ones, and it’s also the thing everybody gets wrong. We don’t build AI to replace the people in a company. We build tools that make those people better at their jobs, and we put the AI where it helps a human most.
Human spark, designed to scale, isn’t a slogan; it’s the constraint we design against. Every screen, every automation and every model we put in place has to answer one question first: does this make the person using it better at their job? If the answer is no, it doesn’t ship.
We keep the circle small so every client gets the attention the work deserves, and we tend to stay for years. The businesses we work with value us the way we value them.
