THINQ Diagnostic
Find out what your business is really paying for.
Most businesses are carrying costs nobody ever decided on — a tool that made sense two years ago, a retainer for work that could run itself, an afternoon a week spent moving the same numbers between two systems. None of it is anyone’s fault; it just accumulates. We spend ten days finding it, put one number on it, and tell you the three things worth fixing first.

A report about business solutions that work for you.
No two businesses run the same way, so there is no template here. The report is about yours: the way the work actually moves, what it costs you to run it that way, and what we would do about it.
Your whole workflow,end to end.
Every system and service the business runs on, what each one really does for you, and where the handoffs between them slow the work down. Most owners have never seen the whole picture in one place.
What that processcosts you.
One number: the subscriptions, the retainers, and the hours the current workflow takes that it shouldn’t. It is usually larger than anyone expects, and knowing it makes every other decision easier.
What your AI presencesays about you.
Whether AI assistants can read your site, whether they describe your business accurately when someone asks, and who they recommend instead.
Three things worthfixing first.
Ranked by what they’d save or earn against what they’d take to build — with what could go wrong stated plainly, not buried.
What we’d build first, and what it would cost.
Why that one comes before the others, and a fixed-price proposal for it with scope and a date. No obligation to take it.
What’s alreadyworking well.
The systems worth keeping, the ideas that wouldn’t pay for themselves yet, and anything where the honest answer is “not yet”. Usually the most useful page in the report.
How it works
Ten days, and about two hours of your time.
You book below. The same day, you get a short questionnaire — about twenty minutes, mostly what you pay for and where the work takes more steps than it should. Rough answers are fine.
Then we talk for forty-five minutes. That conversation is where most of the discovery happens: things come up that no form thinks to ask about, and we get to understand how the business actually runs rather than how it looks on paper.
We write the report and send it two days before we walk through it together, so the call is spent planning what to build next rather than reading.

What it costs
$500, and it comes straight back off the work.
The price is there so we both know it’s a real piece of work, not a sales call in disguise.
$500,paid up front.
One fixed price. No hourly billing, no scope creep, no surprise at the end.
Creditedin full.
If we go on to build anything together within thirty days of the readout, the whole $500 comes off it.
Refunded if there’snothing there.
If we look at your business and don’t find anything worth building, we say so and give the money back. We’d rather tell you than sell you.
Is it for you?
If you’ve ever wondered where it all goes.
It’s common for businesses of roughly five to a hundred people not to know where it all goes. Growing companies reach the point where nobody can hold the whole picture in their head any more, and the systems and the software bill have grown out of necessity rather than by design.
Fast-growing companies usually know they have inefficiencies somewhere. Often it’s just a feeling. The report is what turns that feeling into specifics.
